Brunch is referred to be the combination of Breakfast and Lunch.Here's a highly nutirious and delicious bruch receipe
- Take Bread slices - 2-3
- Onions - 1
- Green chilies - 1 or two
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Heeng powder - 1/4 tsp
- Jeera - 1/4 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Groundnut – 2tbl sp
- Sugar - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - as per taste
- Oil for frying
- Coriander leaves & grated coconut for garnishing
Make bread crumbs by putting them in mixer ,mix with salt to taste .Cut onions, green chilies . Take oil in a frying pan, add mustard seeds, jeera seeds & groundnuts.Once the nuts are light brown in color, add onion and chilies and fry them well.Add turmeric, heeng & sugar. Add the bread crumbs and mix it well for 3 - 4 minutes
