Brunch

Brunch is referred to be the combination of Breakfast and Lunch.Here's a highly nutirious and delicious bruch receipe
  • Take Bread slices - 2-3
  • Onions - 1
  • Green chilies - 1 or two
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Heeng powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Jeera - 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Groundnut – 2tbl sp
  • Sugar - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Coriander leaves & grated coconut for garnishing
Make bread crumbs by putting them in mixer ,mix with salt to taste .Cut onions, green chilies . Take oil in a frying pan, add mustard seeds, jeera seeds & groundnuts.Once the nuts are light brown in color, add onion and chilies and fry them well.Add turmeric, heeng & sugar. Add the bread crumbs and mix it well for 3 - 4 minutes

Sample Break fast

This is a sample breakfast which all can be adopted..

one small cup of Sprouts
we can see how we can prepare this.
  1. Take one cup of green gram and wash it preoperly.
  2. soak the green gram for about 8 hours
  3. take the green gram out of water and hang it in a moist cloth for about 8 hours.
  4. we can see the sprouts ,if needed pls springle water as and when required.
