As everybody knows there is a relation between stress and psoriasis. To reduce stress there are many methods like Yoga. Yoga is an ancient Indian practice to make growth and maturity to mind, purify blood etc.Yoga by word means joining .Many researches have found that Yoga and meditation are excellent for the control and cure of many diseases including psoriasis. This will give relaxation to mind .It is good to do savasana for 5-10 minutes and do meditation for 45 minutes daily. In addition to this Soorya namaskar (Sun salutation) is also good. Simple breathing techniques can also be adopted.
By meditation the mind will be relaxed so its good to do this as tensions are increasing day by day.
