Another Remedy for Psoriasis


This is portia tree whose taxonomical name is Thespesia populnea.It comes under Malvaceae family.It is believed to be orginated in India but seen plenty in Florida,st Johns virginia islands etc.The yellowish juice from the young seeds are used for migraine headache , psoriasis, scabies, sprains, and wart removal.In south India it is called cheelanthi,a tamil word.Also the bark of very old (more than 100 years old)cheelanthi tree is put in water and allow it to boil for 10 minutes.After cooling this can be used for bathing.By this we can control psoriasis.Also ground bark mixed with coconut oil is used for various skin diseases.
