LEAVES
The leaves are rich in vitamin C,vitamin A,protein,calcium,pottasium and various other useful minerals.Leaf juice can be added with carrot juice used to increase urine flow. Eating leaves is recommended in cases of gonorrhea on account of the increasing of urine flow. Leaf juice at times is used as a skin antiseptic. In India, leaves are used to treat fevers, bronchitis, eye and ear infections. Eating leaves is believed to increase a woman's milk production in nursing mothers and prescribed for anemia.Juice from the leaves is believed to have a stabilizing effect on blood pressure and is used to treat anxiety. It is believed to control glucose levels in cases of diabetes.

Ingredients:
Moringa leaves(seperated from stems and cleaned)
Red chilly 2-3 no:s
garlic 2 pieces
Turmeric powder 1/2 tspn
Red chilly powder 1/2 tspn
cummins 1 tspn
1/2cup of desiccated Coconut
Mustard seeds 1 tspn
Curry leaves
Coconut oil(or any vegitable oil)1 tspn
salt
Method:-
In a frying pan take oil allow it to become heated up, add mustard seeds,red chilly ,curry leaves.In this add the moringa leaves and cook in low flame with lid closed for 5-6 mins .Mix the remaining ingredients ie, turmeric powder,garlic,cummins,coconut and keep aside.After 6 minutes add this mixture to moringa leaves and keep in low flame for 3 minutes.Moringa Toran is ready :)
